Urbanise.com Limited (ASX:UBN) has secured a contract with leading South African property management company, Sigma Estate Management Services.
Sigma – which provides estate, facilities and utility management services – will use the strata module of the Urbanise Industry Cloud to manage schemes in its property portfolio under sectional titles and the Home Owners’ Association.
The Urbanise platform also creates operational efficiencies by delivering full financial function and automated communication mechanisms, which will benefit all owners and users.
Under the terms of the contract with Sigma, Urbanise will receive variable platform usage fees (Pay As You Grow) calculated on a monthly basis.
The deal follows quickly on a customer agreement signed last month with privately-owned Australian IT company Interactive Pty Ltd under which Interactive will use the Urbanise platform and remote monitoring devices as part of their DC Care program to help its more than 2,000 customers to remotely monitor their data centre facilities.
