that sux we cant get any more... all shortfall should be offered to those who took up the original offer, i held shares to get the offer otherwise i would have sold, moved on, and then come back today and go again if i wanted too! Not good enough really.... Original takers should be re offered the same amount as they took the first time, this would get them to 100% if everyone took up the second offer, which i would think they would coz they happily took the first offer!! just my opinion though.....
