Don't confused BOE 2p reserves with the split between gas and oil . DLS reserves are more valuable on a BOE basis as they have a much greater waiting to the oil and condensate
This is why UBS have a 65 price target on Bpt and 80 on DLS
I would suspect any deal would be cash plus script as many would want some cash from the transaction even maybe seven
