Schafers increase of 4000 shares ($10k) is hardly high conviction investing. The flip side of a directors increase - is a directors decrease. Fellow director and CEO Matthew Thomas sold 447 137 the day before. Granted, he exercised rights over 502 495 the same day - but non the less a significant sale by a director.
