Automotive aftercare and accessories company AMA Group (ASX:AMA) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to a significant acquisition.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on 14th September 2015.
AMA had revenue of $95.8 million in FY2015, up 49% from the previous year.
EBITDA increased by 54.7% to $14.4 million while net profit after tax was up 60.8% to $9.1 million.
During the year, it increased the number of vehicle panel repair workshops by 3 to 29.
The company had $2.2 million in cash as at 30th June 2015.
