The market doesn't realise this yet, but this is a fantastic little announcement.
Durkin and Burnett are shaping up really nicely, and even though we have been producing a fair bit of Ni, the actual ore reserves have hardly been depleted, while going back a year this was the BIGGEST issue facing MCR at the time - ore reserves. The feasibility study at Burnett should be very interesting.
Just think, we still have Cassini to come, with potentially TWO Kambalda type mineralised structures here. The drilling results could be a game changer for MCR in my view.
This announcement hints at a plethora of exciting announcements to come, and it is hard not to think the worst for the Ni price is over.
