Thomps I think if you want to get a complete picture of where a business is at it pays to cover as many sources as possible. CCA is a great example of a company where there are multiple points where valuable information can be gathered and quite easily too. You've got sales reps, supermarket mangers, deli and lunch bars, service stations, drivers , and most will give an unbiased opinion on most questions you want to ask. Combine that with company reports and I think a pretty good analysis can be carried out.
