Can anyone think of, or give an example of a company that produces nothing, is on 5 plus year lows, is running low on cash, is a micro cap yet pays its MD who has contributed next to no capital to the company such an enormous premium to market rates? 220k, in Brisbane, to run a company with one project and what, 4 employees?
Secondly, does anyone know what Neil Williams actually does for his money or how he as benefited shareholders at all since being dropped onto the board? Anyone? It is of course very big of him to take a 5k haircut. Seems reasonable.
Once the money runs dry shareholders will stand around wondering why they let it happen.
