Market doesn't like it.. of course dilution is necessarily bad for current holders
Offer sounds ok but it always rather buy shares on market, might actually consider this one but usually i never do..
So close to license and production else id be upset.. i take it this extra cash will be to get into production which is a better cause than to the smoko fund like most exploration companies do share raising for.
