    It is frustrating to see DLS so low, and I suspect it is being manipulated for corporate purposes.
    However, I am not that concerned. The share price can only move so far from the price of oil, and there is little we can do about that.
    And I'm not that concerned about a low ball Beach takeover. If hostile, Beach will have to pay a premium
    (and instant 30-40% capital gain). Given Beach are cash strapped themselves, it will probably be script. As part of a larger entity, our lower exposure to potential reserves growth (the real thing DLS has going for it as a stand alone entity), will be offset somewhat by becoming shareholders in a larger entity, with greater financial resources and economies of scales, as well as the premium that comes with being regarded as a 'blue chip' company.
    In the end, DLS is solid little company, so whatever happens, I see good returns if the oil price can maintain these levels, and hopefully go up in the medium term.
