If the Chinese shareholders decide not to cough up and most of the existing shareholders decline the 0.004 cent shares then its goodbye SPX.
The company needs to do a lot more to advise shareholders within the next day or so where the company is headed - like how's the processing project is being shopped around and the reaction/interest being received.
I doubt the Board has anything to say (they've said nothing to date) so SPX shareholder's investments look to be in a hell of a mess. Poor management and poor communication as always.
The seller dumping 5 or 6 million shares today would appear to be making an informed decision. No wonder all the buyers disappeared for a while this morning.
