Mr Xinqian Li and Mr Zhendong Liu move to 5,028,829 shares (10.06% of the company) with on 606,148 shares bought on market since the 23 April 2015.
This 10.06% interest now represents a blocking stake under the corporations law. So Mr Xinqian and Zhendong would have the last say before the company can be compulsorily acquired.
For anyone theorising about the ultimate privatisation of TBR/RND this will make it a little more difficult, unless of course you also subscribe to wider conspiracy theories.
