It looks like it was one trade of 19.3m shares at 0.0017.
I have no idea if it was bought or sold... or the circumstances. On Commsec it has the condition 's3 xt', not sure what that means. Maybe it was options converted at 0.17 or something?
But someone definitely ended up with them.
