    They probably did the trading halt as they could probably tell that traders are getting impatient and planning to move to another trade. This probably prevented the weaker holders from dumping into it.

    Also, they might've waited for Buddy CEO to finalize a couple key information, a hand shake and release of the announcement then it goes to 62c

    PS: 62c is just a figure pulled out of the bum.
