    Do many quickflix subscribers stay longer than a few month or so anyway?

    Reading through the data announced by the company, they claim an average of around 100k new signups each year, yet only ever have a total of 120 000ish subscribers. (approx numbers based on looking at the stats and graphs in the 2014 report)

    My interpretation is basically that customers sign up, but retention is poor if non-existent. If this is the case, I can't imagine the same scenario impacting a particularly large number of people.

    Definitely something to consider whenever buying digital goods though - whomever the provider.
