For those that don't know the significance of the action of PPR against both ARK and CTR. PPR is Dave Tasker. The PR guy for many years of the Okap brand. Including BMZ. He is the Director of your "next Okap adventure" IGS. in which macca is a SI and trying to off load before the huge dilution and Consol. (imo)

So this court action is quite interesting by PPR. They are not only trying to recover money. They are in court to wind them up.
Both Okap stocks. Run by Okap out of the same office as BMZ, CTR, ARK, IGS, CCC, KAB and the company he is a Director of. IGS. All corp managed by Okap. Which includes paying the bills.

So the question has to be posed. If Okap have refused to pay PPR to the point that Tasker is not only going to court to recover outstanding monies. But is going to court to wind both of these Okap companies up.

Why wind up to recover costs if that is indeed the reason?

Why would Tasker remain a Director of aN Okap company if he has taken this action against them in two other Okap companies. He has been their PR guy for at least 6 years.

Sorry to report that all wind up notices have been resolved. No OKAP companies will be wound up.

Legal personnel are clearing issues as we write.

As for the IGS option re Winter Gardens...... still on track. No need for an extension when dealing with trustworthy associates. Sorry to report the good news.
