I despise Zhu and remain aggrieved he has been permitted to tear this business apart.

I voted against the share consolidation because a hamster with half a brain could have predicted what has happened to the share price, and furthermore, I voted against the name change. What idiot changes a name without clarifying strategic intent? The market did not respond positively and the share price continued its freefall. Why? Because the core issue was the company's pitiful leadership and finally (3 years too late) something has been done about it.

I bought in at 85c and like many of you, have watched this company fail strategically (particularly since Zhu joined) and slowly fade into oblivion. Not for one moment do I believe Zhu resigned. Cash at bank is $229k. Cash outflow last quarter just for administration alone was $327k, and with Zhu's annual remuneration at $410k his employment cost each quarter is circa $100k. Add to the mix a 'please explain letter' from ASX re financial viability and it is clear Zhu was pushed. He would not walk away from $410k per annum unless he has a similarly remunerated job to take its place. Time will tell; if Zhu steps into another job in the coming few weeks, we can assume he resigned. I doubt that will occur as his legacy is there for all to see. I stand by my comment Zhu was sacked and to save face, he resigned.

I do not share the views re McInnes and Zhou being aligned to Zhu, because I think they sacked him. Who cares about ADIG? Delve a little deeper (as I have, to determine if there has been / is a conflict of interest) and you will observe the company has achieved nothing. Plenty of people set up companies with big ideas that go nowhere and that is my take on ADIG.

Let's give the Board some space as they must desperately raise cash and at the same time, provide clarity with respect to the company's strategy. Moreover, we somehow need to get the message out to unsophisticated shareholders it is time to cease dumping their stock. Who knows? Perhaps the news about Zhu's departure might actually restore a little confidence in the company.
