But I still feel the deal will be a good one for IGO too.

The Ni asset they are acquiring is extremely leveraged to increasing Ni prices. With 80% of producers currently operating at losses, many will go under and the inevitable supply shortage will create Ni price increases over time.

IGO know Ni and obviously their production is not as they would like. Nova/Bollinger will diversify them nicely.

Anyway. Time will tell, but one thing that is hard to argue against is that IGO are getting into absolute bargain territory.
