Sydney - Thursday - May 25: (RWE Aust Business News) - Destra Corporation Ltd (ASX:DES) has acquired leading video content provider Visual Entertainment Group (VEG). Destra is acquiring VEG for a consideration of $4 million cash, based on the achievement of financial targets and conditions. VEG generates over $1 million in annual EBIT. The company said the inclusion of VEG to its content portfolio will provide access to a suite of valuable, exclusive sports video content. VEG includes sports video portal www.sportsdelivered.com which sells exclusive video material for AFL, NRL and boxing. Shares of Destra Corporation gained 3c to 36c today. ENDS
