Loc - Simply because some may not understand what OGC is really buying. Most investors in Aust would never have looked at the U.S deposit being purchased. Also the dilution is significant, that being said I wish I could have bought a few a week ago.
In 2 years, OGC might be the 2nd biggest gold miner on the ASX.
