I agree with Stockartist. I would expect the relisted company to have a share price around the $0.05 mark (i.e. the cap raising price).

Assuming Post Consolidation share price is around the cap raise price of $0.05, the
undiluted market cap post consolidation will be
277,366,239 x $0.05 = $11.4m.

Taking into account the options ( i.e fully diluted) would add another 67,700,446 x $0.05 = $3.4m i.e. total of around $15m market cap.
If you include the performance rights, add another 120m shares @ $0.05 this will add another $6m.
IE total 11.4 + 3.4 + 6 = $21m
But I agree it is confusing with company saying 45:1 consolidation (which would give 31.5 cent approx price on pre-consolidation ie existing shareholders) and then saying a conflicting 0.05 raise price ....
