The structure/deal was part of the listing documents last October, and was also indicated in the May 14, 2015 Investor Presentation after they did a placement. Broadly speaking, the deal is "worth" A$16.5m (82.5m shares issued at A$0.200/sh) if they hit 2016 revenues of A$10m although the formula/wording it is unclear if the target is A$5.5m or A$10m in revenues. No shares issued if 2016 revenues is below A$4.5m.
