• US based tech company on ASX - just like 1PG and POK
• the founders are all Silicon Valley hotshots
• Incredible commercial relationship with Facebook - giving them access to immense quantities of user-generated content (UGC)
• Strong undercurrent of potential takeover - by eBay, Facebook - and perhaps many others
• operating right in-the-now - big brands are needing to incorporate UGC into their marketing as its more authentic and more interesting to today's customers
