In specific relation to MPJ hole RHDD0015, the SGQ announcement of 17th August states on page 4...
"The Significance of Widespread Disseminated Nickel Sulphides
Massive nickel sulphides are typically deposited at the base and immediate flanks of ultramafic lava channels. Disseminated nickel sulphides can occur as a halo above and lateral to the massive sulphides, providing a good vector for the targeting of massive sulphide bodies."

One can see the postulated Target Massive Sulphides on the flank of what again is shown as the ultramafic (High Magnesium Oxide content) lava channel. (purple)
So.. is this classic MPJ model "drawing a long bow" or is it valid?
Does the data gathered, reasonably produce the model shown?
Expanding up the diagram of conductors, the final stages of Hole 0015 clip the edge of a conductor. That is to say, it passes over the top of it. That is reflected in Fig.3, so that projection is valid.
The deposit, if it is there, is suggested/shown to occur on the flank (side) of this ultramafic channel. Equally they might have shown the channel bottoming out and the deposit lying in a pool... as was previously modelled early at Talc Lake.
However the conductor's smaller projection-to-surface (and MLEM data) may indeed suggest that it is a more vertical (flank) type of deposit. If the same deposit was horizontal or pooled, then it may have appeared to be bigger, but less intense? So being apparently small, may be deceptive.
Also the Nickel intensifies as one goes from 4m@ 0.1%Ni at 44m downhole depth on shallow historic CRHRA0436 through to the blebby/blobby -0015 with its nicely elevated nickel intersections... going further into the depths of the same channel.
This conductor was probably a Category 1.
The positioning of 0015 hole I suggest was incredibly cunning !!
It is positioned halfway between the historic surface nickel and the MLEM idea of where the massive deposit might be. Remarkably it has produced the hoped for characteristic halo, shows anticipated better Nickel grades, the ultramafic channel is defined as being factual, and best of all there is an excellent DHEM platform to now zero in on it... in September drilling. A FLEM over it as well will also add to defining its position more accurately.
Go Sarah!! well someone needs to take the credit so it may as well be her. I am sure the guys would not be too jealous, as long as GREAT RESULTS are produced!
... I do not think that anyone fully understands how exciting this -0015 is.!!
I have tried to put the technical stuff into English.. a worthwhile story that can be followed by those who, like me, have only a smattering of tech savvy. The more it is examined, the more the incredible significance of it emerges.
I think by studying this sort of stuff, thinking about it, one can get a better understanding of whether money is best invested in risky MPJ or under the matress.
At present, MPJ is a far better prospect.... IMO.
Good luck to all fellow posters!!! keep the champagne on ice. PP
