pe, drifter and co, I have re-lined some figures for holders, just to sure to myself there will be no surprise in the annual report in two weeks:
In the half year report, it stated:
"XTEK is on track to deliver a full year profit with sales and confirmed orders in hand currently sitting in excess of$12m. Despite a superior sales effort, booked revenue in the first half was weak resulting in a loss. This occurred as a result of the slippage of a number of significant orders to the value of $2.27m into H2. The overriding factor influencing these slippages was an inability of manufacturers to deliver products before the end of H1. These slippages should boost H2. It is positive to note that over $10.5m worth of orders have already been secured for the remainder of the financial year. This is significantly up on last year and lays the foundations for a successful second half and improved end of year results."
that is $12.77 order for second half, and that figure is in line with the figure in the March presentation $12.14mil order as of Dec 2014. you take GST out, that is revenue cir $11.60mil.
In the company announcement dated 16 July, it stated:
Outstanding quarterly cash receipts of $9.87m and revenue of $9.46m for the three months to June 2015.
So I guess that 9.46 revenue consists of:
$7mil UAV
$458k XClave
balance for deliver extra UAV and other service and repair.
so the slippage of 2.27mil order (or $2.06 revenue) would have been delivered in March Quarter.
So this time, it looks all ducks are lining up, including $1.5mil sale in the first half, the full year revenue should be $1.5mil + 2.06mil + 9.46mil = $13.02mil minimum, no mistake, no surprise.
