    Its not about hoping for a flop - its based on the actual performance of the IGS Directors that it will happen !

    Issues : Directors and Company performance
    : Funding requirements
    : Due Diligence 90 days no extension Ann
    : No time lines meet as usual

    I wonder if the New WG Directors have done there Due Diligence in relation to threatened litigation against IGS and its Directors in relation to Brazil Gold Project - ??

    I see the only way forward for IGS is selling 100% of Latin Gold which owns the Brazil project and using the funds from the sale process to advance the Pot Story but i think IGS needs to sell 100% of the project because no interested party would buy unless they could obtain 100%.

    Yes i agree its going to be a very interesting few weeks but i dont think the outcome will be what investors are seeking
