POK & SOR both has great future however SOR still in product development phase while POK's Buddy already generating revenue having major clients on board.
SOR - MC now over $35 Millions.
POK - MC now just over $20 Millions (not considering escrow shares which are two years away and so not counting business growth of next two years). But $20 Millions for a company already generating revenue is certainly very cheap.
PSY not generating any revenue yet or probably very tiny but still MC is $58M.
LWP different industry and not yet generating any revenue but still MC is 39M.

POK - As due diligence coming closer, it should be sitting around $ 40-50M market cap which is over 35c/share.

Watch out the breakout on 18c by close or monday morning and this could simply be trading around 22-24c in a less than a week
