At this stage MRL Corporation I believe can attract the Capital it needs. I think there are Pressure Points that need Management and conservative Targets to hit and there is a optimal time frame for a Facility. It would be unbelievable if MRL found a Partner with the Capital; Competence and Skills to build it this year towards a start next year...
