Not sure how that announcement is positive. Coal prices are about $20 below what was mentioned in earlier reports as AVX's break even (at least $80+ I think it was?) so even if they get contracts to sell the coal, its not looking like they'll make much money from it unless prices go sharply upwards and I don't see too many people predicting that. Then, the Named Patient Scheme is not gaining traction as they anticipated - i.e. people aren't beating the door down to get the drug. Hence, not as much money coming in through that (not that much was expected) and an indication that income from the drug should it get to market might also be lower than we've been told.
