    Interesting announcement.

    Bought in this morning at open for a punt.

    A MOU is just that - it is not binding, price unknown so no cr for some time until due diligence is completed. Can only see it going one way, moderately low risk.

    No doubt stale holders will just want to get out after the suspension, but time is on our side. Will rise over time once the dust settles.
