Hi nursery,
It is still a great deal for TAS shareholders (and for EDE) as it raised 567,000 AUD. Originally 7 million shares at .018 (rights issue price) would have raised only 126,000 AUD. This is a whopping 441,000 AUD difference which I would call a major win/win situation.
