Can anyone check my maths here, the value of their stake is roughly as you stated 12.2c (436m shares at 8.6c, for $37.4m), but the options are also in the money (they have under 47% of EDEO), put in the 3c and sell on market for 8.6c (that's another $4.8m).
Just their stake of EDE & EDEO values TAS at around 13.8c
