Absolutely, and imo the market is still asleep at the wheel with the NST/TAM deal, which came at dinner on Friday.
It's quite clear NST has placed enormous value on TAM's potential & of course MLX did too. It's only worth going to court over it if it's worth it.
Now that TAM have got rid of the HK debt millstone, this is a speccie with very solid prospects and I've just invested in it ...
