According to their website, Imagine Intelligent Materials Pty Ltd started as a company called NanoCarbon in 2014. Clearly, they weren't happy with that name and changed it in April 2014.
They claim to have an R&D team is based in San Diego CA (apart from the Sydney team), but there is nothing to suggest or indicate that their is an overseas owner or subsidiary.
