The advice by the lawyers of TAM would be to press ahead with NST agreement, just in case MLX win court case Pokerface. Remember the clause NST had in their agreement with TAM that the MLX HOA needed to be cancelled before the NST contract went ahead.
I am not sure what's going on here, I am with you, the SH's didn't approve the MLX deal, so that should be it! However the court seems to have accepted there is a case to be heard. Bloody lawyers!
What do you think is going on! Isnt it as simple as that.
Did you also notice that MLX announced the two mine purchases, the same time NST made the TAM announecement? Or vice versa.
Just wonder what is going on!
