Yes, this is ultimately the question.

I have reservations at this point though because on those numbers alone the management of estore don't appear to have a track record of turn-arounds (not in the direction I want to see anyway!) and whilst SHP more generally look to be doing the right things haven't yet proven their ability to do the same over a meaningful period of time.

Since my first post I did find some references to estore and Coppa's ownership of City Software. So possible the big numbers thrown around in some of the 2011 articles about estore also included the CitySoft revenue - which appears to have been split off around 2013.

I'm not sure of this though and this article for example is full over percentages but doesn't actually give any dollar figures or even suggestion of the ballpark.

Even if the $46 million revenue did have some overlap with the software business, this article from late 2010 mentions that estore made 60% of its revenue from hardware so clearly something significantly has changed in the last five years. 60% of the claimed 2009-2010 revenue is still $27 million dollars a far cry from the $7 million apparently being made now.
