Isn't this exactly what the company pays lawyers for. Why is ASIC raising issues at the 11th hour, this should have all been worked through weeks ago. Extremely frustrating and regardless who is at fault, management looks poor. This needs to get listed and management need to quickly get on the front foot in terms of credibility with investors or this will tank below the issue price IMO.
