Transversal, I have friends who were previously employed by Atlas. The remnuration dispute has been ongoing, and the ombudsman ordered the GM of Atlas to settle. The Atlas GM arrogantly declined and the ruling has now been made. I have seen the judgement for my own eyes, and you too can contact the ombudsman to verify it. The Atlas GM resigned after this and TTN have until 0900 tomorrow to reply to the ombudsman with what they intend to do.
As I said earlier, I expect that they will contest it only to drag it out for as long as they possibly can. They themselves can't prove how the holiday pay was paid.
As usual, TTN are not fourthcoming with information to the market.
