I have used google with "lublin coal map". Than pictures, there you will find at least one map. You can use the following link too:

Than choose below: "Map of concessions for hard coal and CBM prospecting, exploration and production in the Lublin Coal Basin (L.Z.W.)" for the right maps.

I would like to know your opinion about the development from 2012 up to 2015. There are a lot of changes.
