Fortunately the ones orchestrating those P&D's are long gone. And the stock seems to be reacting to actual fundamental shifts in the company.
I have a different view around potential traders being trapped in the P&D's... I don't think there will be many.
If people bought at the peak of the pumps ($0.15 - $0.20) very few would sit there and watch the stock go back to $0.08 without selling and moving on. If they didn't sell, they are brave.
Similar scenario with the second P&D. I can't see any trader / investor siting there from Feb - July on enormous losses when a P&D clearly happened a few months prior. Unless very inexperienced.
This is the longest the stock has ever traded in the $0.12 - $0.14 (previous sell zone) range. Accompanied by the highest volume in the stocks history in this range.
To me it looks like the sellers are getting thin. If it cracks above $0.14 on volume then i think some may be surprised at the little resistance PEH has to high prices.
IMO of course.
