Emerchants has generated an inaugural full year EBITDA of $2.6M, an improvement of $6.0M versus FY14, driven by a combination of revenue growth in Australia and Europe and a continued focus on expense management. The financial results discussed in this update are un-audited, with audited results to be released on August 24, 2015. Group Revenue totalled $14.4M for FY15, an increase of $9.2M or 178% on FY14.
