interestingly, at 15/10/14, Geologic Resource Fund had 26,000,000 shares and Konwave AG 18,984,444 shares which equates to just under 47 million.

as at 12/02/15, GI Associates and the GR Group had 42,433,333 shares.

if reports are true and EVN is buying, then sell side of things the 49 mil most likely to have come from a combination of these 3 parties.

would be very surprised if Zijin are selling. It would seem EVN have pulled a massive swifty on Zijin.

Given current circumstances, PXG has obligation to release change in substantial holding notice ASAP IMO. often companies can be slow to release these and they're not that important. in these circumstances, and given what has going on over past 1-2 months, shareholders need to know asap and it's bloody vital to know.

very interesting times ahead. so many different things could play out here....
