Well it could be their intention to run OEX into the dust like you say if there ultimate agenda is to screw every single person that invests in this company before departing on their own terms. IMO all the key people you have mentioned are feathering each others nest so I can't see them all going even if the share price hits 2 cents. Heck we might even see them offer another rights issue at a lower price to the 4.1 cents on offer in another 6 months time to keep that gravy train going.
