I am trying to get my head around it , but I believe if you go to the McgrathNicol website>Assignments>NXS and save the email dated 31st Dec 2014 [stating its all over for nxs as a company] and give a copy to your Tax agent it should suffice for the claim???. [ I am about to send it in-so will let you know if successful].
