They require min $6.5mil for the issue also remember they did raise recently $1.6mil in the first phase of recapitalisation to strengthen its balance sheet. MW is at the helm now and deserves an opportunity to turn this ship around IMHO.
HAZ has been on the brink going bust over the last 20 years, these guys do live on the edge so I’m sticking with them as most SH would be in the red anyway.
