I suggest that any ambivalent shareholders get behind the proposed new regime who have a good opportunity to run this Company as it should be.
The existing Board demonstrably have been sitting on their hands like good little civil servants waiting for miracles and their tea breaks.
The new Board would have to be better at improving opportunities for shareholders.
Cash in the bank; Well connected proposed Directors and; importantly, low shares on issue.
