a few facts from the announcement:
1. todays top 20 holding is only marginally lower than the one in oct 14, and all directors actually increased holding, i.e. UB and IS.

2. 10mil is 150% of the current company size, imagine if they raise through shareholders drip by drip, how the sp will be impacted.

3. market cap at 30c is about 5mil, with 1-2mil in the bank, and 10mil to be drawn, dont know what will be the risk?
