KalNorth Gold Mines (ASX:KGM) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending a proposed restructuring of its loans, as well as proposals for the settlement of loan interest that became due and payable on 1 July 2015.
The company's wholly-owned projects are within 80 kilometres of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 17th July 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
