Timing suggests it is close but these Off take agreements and first moves to market are always fuzzy. Sometimes it is good right at the end to stop and get second opinions... Good Management seeks Good Council...

The consolidation is natural in my opinion as long termers keep compounding and the new long-termers enter the fray. Smurf has gained numbers and that is very promising.

It comes down to; in my opinion; Structure; Management and Dirt. Price sensitivity to the Market Irrationality naturally diminishes as common sense and mathematics are appreciated.
