Glenn, Spot on I am very disappointed with the last two CR's but the latest has really made me question my investment in the company. They seem to lack the resolve to make the hard decisions in the interests of all shareholders. The Cogstate CR shows that there are other options available to raise funds in the marketplace if management are prepared to take the blinkers off and open their eyes.

Anyway I sent an email to Ross Mangeldorf last week outlining my dissatisfaction with the CR and received no reply. I will follow up today with another....this time I will bring his attention to the Cogstate CR.
